INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE OLYMPIAD (ICO)

The International Commerce Olympiad (SOF ICO) is an annual academic competition organized by SOF for students in classes 11 and 12 to assess their knowledge and skills in Commerce. The curriculum of the SOF Olympiad is designed to provide young students with a platform to identify and nurture their academic talents in the field of Commerce, preparing them for the competitive world from an early age. Olympiads, as prescribed by NEP, facilitate the development of problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and cognitive skills in students.

International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) Exam Pattern & Syllabus:

SOF International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) is a prestigious competition that challenges students to showcase their knowledge and skills in various areas of Commerce. The exam pattern typically consists of multiple-choice questions, and problem-solving tasks that assess a student's understanding of Commerce and its applications. The syllabus covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to Introductory Microeconomics, Nature and Purpose of Business, Business Services, and Accounting Process. International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) Eligibility Criteria:

Students from classes 11 and 12, enrolled in a school recognized by SOF are eligible for International Commerce Olympiad (ICO). Students from particular classes can appear for that class’s Olympiad only. Other than this there are no eligibility criteria.

How To Participate in the International Commerce Olympiad (ICO)

Students should apply and submit the form for the SOF International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) at least 30 days before the exam date.

Students cannot submit their applications individually. Applications will only be submitted via the schools.

International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) Exam Dates

SOF International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) Level-1 dates are out now. Date 1 of SOF IHO Level-1 is 10^th December 2024 and Date 2 is 23^rd January 2025.

International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) Awards/ Scholarships/ Recognition:

In the upcoming academic year 2024-25, winners of the SOF International Commerce Olympiad (ICO) will be presented with a range of ICO awards and scholarships. These include international, zonal, and school topper awards for classes 11 and 12. The top three international rank holders will receive cash awards, medals, and certificates, while zonal and school-level winners will also be recognized. Schools and educators are also acknowledged for their contribution to students' success, with awards and scholarships at international, zonal, and district levels. Appreciation certificates and gifts are also extended to principals and teachers for their dedication and efforts.
