SOF Question Paper Packet Receipt & Verification Form – 2026–27

Dear Principal / SOF School Coordinator,

Please use this form to confirm the receipt of Question paper packets sent by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF).

Before submitting the form, kindly verify the following from the packet labels and packing details:

Any visible shortage, damage, tampering, or incorrect material

Please submit this form within 24 hours of receiving the consignment. If any discrepancy is reported, the SOF team will contact the school for resolution.
